Thanks in Advance
Hi @DebbieE ,
The users below can take over a dataflow:
1.Workspace admins and workspace members, if workspace members have permissions to edit Power BI content.
2.In the new workspaces (preview) – Users that have admin, member, or contributor role.
Note: When taking over a dataflow the new owner will be required to provide credentials for all data sources used by that dataflow.
Best Regards,
Amy

All the above rules are met and the last sentence is really good to know.
Im guessing then, every time you take over ownership you have to add in the credentials?
Shes on holiday now but we will have another go after the bank holiday. It was odd though because we were all fine, It was only happening from one machine but we all use the same browser
