Hi,
I have a report which has a composite model, this is, it combines Import queries and Direct queries. In some tables I have also configured an incremental refresh so data before X days is archived, more recent data is incrementally refreshed and today data is retrieved through Direct Query, as you can see here:
My report is uploaded to a Premium Per User Capacity.
And this is what I want to know: is it possible to configure a value of 1 minute for autorefresh? By default, my report is autorefreshing every 5 minutes, but I'm not able to find the option to change this value. Do I need to be a capacity admin (indeed: do capacity admins exist in a Premium Per User Capacity?). Is my storage mode compatible with autorefresh?
I hope you can help me with this problem I am struggling with.
Regards 🙂
You can change this setting in the admin portal here
Hi, @GilbertQ . Thanks for your early response. When I navigate to admin portal with my user this is all I see:
Am I missing something? Does my user not have required permissions? Do I need to purchase a Premium capacity as the message says? In this case, my Premium Per User Capacity is not enough?
Thanks.
The user needs to be a Power BI admin (or global admin) to see tenant settings:
