Column - If Value is Blank then One Value, All the Rest Another Value

I need help...

I need a formula where if the value in a field is Blank, the return should be "Street Account", all the rest of the value should be "Corporate Account".

I am not sure how do this. I have included a screenshot.

Hi there

If you are trying to do this I would do it in Power Query.

I would create a new conditional column called All Accounts.
And where Corporate Account is BLANK or NULL then [Street Account] else [Corporate Account]
