Column Chart Conditional Formatting not Working in Service

Hello, I created a measure that returns a color value to use as a conditional formatting in a visual. It works on PBI Desktop, but not in the service (I tested with Edge and Google Chrome).

I noticed that not only in this report, but this feature doesn't work in any report at all:

Bug Conditional Formatting

What am I doing wrong? Is this a limitation?

This measure returns either

"98E0AD", "F8A1A4", "BFBFBF"

I solved this issue by putting a # symbol before the color code.

So, my instead returning:

"98E0AD", "F8A1A4", "BFBFBF"

My measure now returns:

"#98E0AD", "#F8A1A4", "#BFBFBF"
