We have moved our Classic workspace to Premium capacity P1 and added free user to the workspace as Member. And the Workspace settings are Members can view the content only.
The issue is whenever free user opens the workspace he gets prompted to upgrade to Pro and can't veiw the content in the classic workspace.
I have added the same free user to New app workspace of Premium capacity P1 viewer role , in the new workspace its working fine.
Can someone help me with this.
Can you switch the user to Viewer role in the old workspace?

Old Workspace only offers Admin and Member role
I have already setted up the Privacy to Members can only view the Power BI Content
Yeah, I thought that would probably be the case. I'll have to check but I think that the Premium stuff only works in the new workspaces.
