Chinese character instead of ellipsis for export data on Windows 10

Users who have previously been on a Windows 7 PC and now have Windows 10 are seeing a Chinese character instead of the ellipsis at the top right of a report visual in PowerBI online app. Is there a fix for this?

Hi @Dave0145,

What browser did you use? Please log on Power BI Service with a different browser for a test.

If problem exists in any report on any browser, maybe you could create a support ticket for further analysis.

the users with this problem were in 2 of our other offices, so I will follow up with them to get them to try as you suggest.

@Dave0145 did you file a ticket or find a resolution?  We have at least one user reporting this and I'm trying to understand the cause to determine the impact.

Hi,

We are also experiencing this issue on PowerBI.com where a Chinese symbol has taken the place of the drill up and down arrows. Does anyone know anything more on this?
