Chiclet Slicer not showing up in Apps. Shows up in PBI Desktop, and in published Reports.

The situations is: 

  • Chiclet slicer shows up in all PBI Desktop files
  • Chiclet slicer shows up in all Reports
  • Chiclet slicer does not show up in one published App (despite showing up in the published reports, within that App)
  • One workspace it 100% doesn't show up in any page of the App
  • Another workspace it seems to be intermittently not showing up now

Troubleshooting tried

  • Clear cache | Incognito Mode (though since this isn't limited to a single user, this shouldn't be it anyway)
  • Uninstall and reinstall chiclet slicer
  • Create brand new report with new dataset (the sample dataset that comes with Power BI)

Not really sure what to try next...

As far as I know, the fix has been deployed.

@v-easonf-msft  Yes, can confirm the chiclet slicer is again working in Apps, thank you.

Having the same issue.  Just one workspace (out of 30) I assume it will spread.  Are you going to open a ticket? If not I might - For the moment swiched back to slicer (Horizontal Orientation looks similar)

@Eoin  yes I opened a ticket yesterday.  They haven't gotten anywhere yet. 

The behavior is inconsistent - today, (at least in 1 test), a newly created Premium Workspace - the chiclet shows up.  A newly created shared Workspace - the chiclet shows up. 

Publishing into an existing worksapce (all of which are premium) - chiclet does not show up.

The specific cause of the issue is still under investigation, please be patient.

We are having the same issue across multiple workspaces and reports. We do not have the problem in Power BI Desktop nor in the report viewer on the Power Bi Service but when looking at the App it doesn't show the chiclet slicers.
