Hi,
In service when viewing a set of clustered column charts with a constant line set (Target Line) it is only showing the columns who have values which run above this target line.
When i test from Desktop, it is behaving as normal.
This is quite a recent problem, in the last few days. for 1 year this has been working fine.
If i edit the report in Service and delete the Constant line, i see the full data columns. When i add a new line, same issue, It's hiding the values lower than the constant line..
Hi , @kleighton
We are confirming if it is an actual limitation or issue.
We will update result here if we get any result.
If possible, can you share your current desktop version and service version ?

Extra info:
I just checked the dataset refresh history, normally this report refreshes in 1-3 minutes. Since this morning it takes plus 20mins. Yesterday evening, sync was normal. There have been no changes published for this report in that timeframe.
i downloaded the pbix and refresh in desktop takes 20secs.. Issue seems to be located in Service
i just re-published the report and now it is syncing in Service normally. But it still has the main issue of only showing values above the Target line
