Changing administrator account

Hi all

I don't know if this is the right place to ask this question. If not, please redirect me to the correct place. I have been chosen as new administrator for our company's BI department. Previous admin (account with which I am writing this post) has registered with his own work email (not department's email). We use our subscription for Power BI, OneDrive and Power Apps. We also have access to AAD. Can someone suggest me steps to replace administrator's account email and name? We don't want to loose access to Power BI, automated refreshes through Enterprise Data Gateway, Power Apps, OneDrive and AAD.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @SajjadMousavi

You can have multiple Administrators, so what I would do is to get your account added to the Power BI Admin Group via Office 365.

I would then suggest that you systematically go through each of the different area's and where you see the old account, replace it with your account.
