Change workspace state (orphaned to active)

In my admin portal, I have two workspaces listed as "orphaned" whereas the rest of my workspaces are "active".  As far as I know, these orphaned workspaces were created in the same manner as all the other workspaces.  Up to this point, I have noticed no differences in these workspaces.  I noticed now because I am trying to upload reports that are connected to a dataset published in a different workspace in Power BI Service and I'm not able to do so.

Also, if I look at the settings for these two workspaces individually, they say they are part of dedicated capacity, but in the admin portal, they say they are not.

So my questions are:

1. Why are these orphaned?

2. Can I change them to active?

Hi @schwinnen

If you go into your Admin Portal and then click on Workspaces, you will see all your App Workspaces.

You can click on the one that says Orphaned and then select Recover as shown below.
