Change server connections within the gateway

Hi,

Talking about Power BI service ... How can I change the server connection in multiple reports that I have in Service? For example, changing the connection in the datasource record within the gateway or something.

I know i could change connections in the .pbix file and then republish it, but is there an easier way to do it?

Any help is appreciated

Hi @AlanAr ,

You can use Query Parameters to change connections dynamically, please refer the contents in the following links:

Power BI parameters - Updating in the Power BI Service or with APIs

Change the Source of Power BI Datasets Dynamically Using Power Query Parameters

Using the Power BI Service Parameters to change connection strings
