Change report language to English despite any language setting of user browser/machine Options

I am sharing a powerbi with users in different countries.  However, for each user the report is translated into their local language.   This messes up the formatting of the report.  Is there a way to set the language for the report in PowerBi Service, so that everyone is reading the report in English?

As I know, it seem that we may not achieve that in Power BI Service currently.

You could post your new idea in Power BI ideas Forum.

In addition, you could have a reference of this thread which may make sense of you.
