Change report language to English despite any language setting of user browser/machine

Hi all,

I have a report which I am sharing in a blog with people from different countries. When a language changes due to locale, it does not appear in a correct format.

Is there a way to set English as a default language of an embedded report no matter who and where browers my page?

Can you provide an example? I know that in Desktop you can specify the Local under Options and settings | Options | Data Load (Current File) but not sure if that would translate over to the Service and from the Service only, there is only a language option in Settings but I'm pretty sure that is for you personally.

There is an Idea out there for this, well, maybe not specifically for what you are describing but close.
