Change or disable authentication requests to grant access to PowerBI

I would like to change the telephone number that authenticate the very first time to the IT administrator, how to do so? Power BI is asking for access everysingle time that someone wants to use Power BI in Desktop or browser mode... or disable this function, is very annoying to grant the access 20 times a day...

I did not find a similar issue. It is suggested to create a support ticket to get technical support if you are a pro user.
