Change a User access from OWNER to READ or READ and RESHARE

I have a dataset with multiple recipients. Some of them have read and reshare access but most have Owner access. How can i change their access from Owner to Read/Read and Reshare.

Based on my research,it's not supported yet.But there's a similar idea is starting.For further,please refer to this post.Find some other workarounds for you to check if they could help you.
