Cant access data via Gateways anymore

Hello together,

Regarding Dataset "TT_Dataset_2021" in workspace "TT_SAT_Salesforce_Dev" I'm getting the following error message:

The connections/gateways worked before. The data source connections are still working via Desktop and seem fine if I check the gateways in Service. But I got update them here manually - following error message:

I got the additional hint in service though once I open a dependend report:

So I guess the gateway credentials need to be adapted. I requested the according rights but were wondering if this is really the issue and somebody can support here.

added the domain in the credentials of the gateway and now getting this error message:

Hi @Swolter ,

According to the error message, it's still a credential problem. If you are sure the password is correct, the problem is still the username. Go to Settings>Accounts>Your info, pick the account as the credential username.

That wasn't the issue either. I recreated the gateways now and connected them again - now it is working. Thank you anyways for the efforts.

Hi. The error specify that the issue is in the source credentials. One of the sources in the dataset can't recognize the credentials to get to the data. It sounds like a windows credentials trying to read a file. The message recommends using DOMAIN\windowsusername. If you don't have any domain configured from IT, it usually means the name of the PC. You can find it under This PC properties.
