I tried to use an account from my customer, I met this problem when I login PBI Service.
What are the possible reasons? Or is there an official document explaining it?

For Microsoft 365 email addresses that are not registered in a supported country, you receive a message like the following during signup:
That didn't work, we don't support your country or region yet.
Business Central currently only supports Microsoft 365 email accounts that are registered in a limited number of markets. For more information, please see Regional Availability
