Cannot see an internal employee in the "People Picker" when sharing content

Hello,

I cannot  share content with an internal employee (with the same domain, has power bi pro trail account). I can see only a select couple of people within my organization with the same domain but not the person I am exclusively trying to share with.

I am not sure if this is an Office 365 issue because I can see a handful of other emails in the "people picker" that are associated with our business but not apart of the same organization.

hi @Anonymous

Please contact your Power bi Admin or Global Admins in Office 365 for it

The full admin portal is accessible to all users who are Global Admins in Office 365 or have been assigned the Power BI service administrator role. If you're not in one of these roles, you only see Capacity settings in the portal. For more information about the Power BI service administrator role, see Understanding the Power BI admin role.

You could check the Issues forum here:

https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

And if it is not there, then you could post it.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

Also, you could try just typing in their full email address and sharing it that way.

I can't create a support ticket because I am only using the PRO 60 day free trial.

Entering in their full email address does not work either. Can't share with external members

hi @Anonymous

I have tested on my side, it works well.

If Entering in their full email address could work for the internal employee?

and if you are sharing organizational content packs, they could not be shared with external members.

and also please check if admin disabeld the share content with external users
