Cannot schedule refresh SSAS

Hello guys,

I´ve installed the Gateway to schedule some refresh on power BI service.

But for some reason the following message is apearing:

AnalysisServices: The following system error occurred: A specified logon session does not exist. It may already have been terminated.

The logon is the same i´ve registered on the gateway and is also admin on the analysis server.

I got run off ideas, can anyone help me ?

Thanks

@vani,

Change the account to the same domain account that you use to install gateway, restart SSAS and check if you can add data source within gateway.

@vani,

Do you use a domain account to install the gateway and also use the account to connect to SSAS? And what account do you use to run SSAS service?

Please make sure that you use same domain account rather than local machine account to run SSAS service and connect to SSAS database when adding data source within gateway.

Iam also admin etheir on the SSAS server  and on SQL server Database.

Regards,

@vani,

Please go to SQL Server configuration manager to check if SSAS runs under your domain account.

@vani,

@vani SSAS Tabular or MD? What version? And is the server in the same domain?

@Seth_C_Bauer,

1- SSAS Tabular

2- Version 12.0.5538.0

3- Yes the server is in the same domain

@vani I'm by no means familiar with the following, but everything I'm finding points back to a server level setting. This seems to be the most prevelant setting that I find that you can check, if it isn't that, then it looks like it would jump into SSL certs and topics I'm not willing to comment on.
