Cannot refresh from Azure imported dataset - credentials in schedule disappear-personal email shows

Someone setup a .pbix Direct Query to Azure DW but performance is bad with many 'Cannot display visuals'.

I am trying to setup a .pbix with Imported data from Azure.

Performance of this in Power BI online is great however it's not refreshing.

In Power BI Online > Refresh Schedule > Edit Creditentials

Q1. It is showing my personal email address ?

Q2. When I enter the 'Basic' Azure DW credentials, it accepts them but if I go back in they have disappeared ?

I don't have any Gateways setup but don't think I need one. Data in .pbix was from Azure and a Sharepoint Online.
