Yes, you are right. I am not sure why the pin live page button disappear, but I found that the pin live page button is hidden in the pin to a dashboard button.
So, when I clicked the pin to a dashboard, it popped up the option for pin live. I guess that it might the version updated, so the feature has been changed a bit.
Hi @Anonymous ,
You might not have the right permissions? And, is this an updated workspace or an older one? When you select the drop down from "View" is there an edit view?

Hi @collinq ,
Thanks for the reply. How can I know that have I granted the right permissions? The workspace was created yesterday and the data set came from sample data in Power BI.
Also, the drop down list "view" does not show an edit view feature.
Hi, @Anonymous
According to your sample picture, I can find your “Pin to a dashboard” button here, did you missed it? You can take a look:
Pin an entire report page, as a live tile, to a Power BI dashboard

Hi, @Anonymous
Yes, the Power BI service will update regularly and change the layout of the buttons on the page sometimes. You can also go to the Power BI Blog to check the news of the latest updates of Power BI products.
