Cannot effectively deploy content from Dev to Stage in Deployment Pipeline

Hi, I have 3 workspaces in my pipeline: Dev, Stage, Prod.

Yesterday I tried to deploy from Dev to Stage and got an error message about metadata issue for one of the newly updated reports. I clicked cancel. Here is a message in the 'Deployment History' view:

Then I tried to re-deploy, got same message and clicked 'Continue' this time.

I got a confirmation about successfull deployment:

However the dataset in quetion is still showing up as a difference ('HR Report')

On top of that, other datasets are shown now as different as well.

I tried to redeploy from Dev to Stage multiple times without effect: it says it's completed but the differences remain:

Would someone be able to help me?

There was a bug lately showing datasets as different although they are not different. A fix for it was released on mid-January. Please check again.

Lee
