Cannot download .pbix

Hello there!

Since 2 days i cannot download the .pbix file in Edit report view, in Power BI service.

I cannot even see the option greyed.

Under File, i only see Save, Save As, Print, and embed in Sharepoint 

(sorry if the translation is not accurate, my Power BI language is Greek.)

Is something changed in the service, or i have made a wrong setting?

@fdrivakos,

Please contact your administrator if he has turned off the ability to export data in Power BI admin portal, if so, the download .pbix feature will not be visible in the Power BI service.
