Hi,
I am having problems trying to create a group on a client solution. I get the following message:
"Couldn´t create the group. Please try again later or conact support. Status code 500"
I can see that others have had the same issue in the past:

However, no definite solution was provided in the above linked thread.
Does anyone know what´s causing this problem and how to fix it?

@CNR Check out this post done awhile ago by Ginger Grant. It outlines the necessary licensing. The small tidbit, is it requires Exchange Online to be licensed along with the Pro Power BI license.
Read through that, and see if you can determine the issue.
@CNR Ability to create group workspace is only available with Pro account so make sure that your account type is power bi pro.
