Cannot add Gateway Administrator

I cant add gateway administrators or users to a data source in the gateway configuration today.

I also cant see the users that were added earlier.

It was all working fine last week.

Anyone has the same issue?

Hi @OlegD,

First, please make sure current account you used to log in have privilege to add administrators or users for a gateway. What is the error prompt? And check the users tab of a data source to see whether the list of users that were added before is missing. 

By the way, security groups cannot be added. A lot of issues can surface when the gateway version is out of date.  So, you can consider installing the latest version of the gateway and see if you can reproduce the issue.
