Cannot Load Model

Hi,

I can connect to a SQL Server repository and my PBIX loads data fine on my desktop.

As soon as I publish the file to my workspace, I get the dreaded:-

----------------------------------------------

Cannot load model

Couldn't load the model schema associated with this report. Make sure you have a connection to the server, and try again.

Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.

@SachinC  is this an on prem database and if so have you set up your gateway?

If I took the time to answer your question and I came up with a solution, please mark my post as a solution and /or give kudos freely for the effort 🙂 Thank you!

An Azure SQL DB.

To make things more interesting; through another Office 365 account - by someone publishing the PBIX to their workspace, this works.

However, when I try the above, I get the dreaded Cannot load model.

Please help!

Any help will be appreciated!

Thank you.
