Can we see the day and time a Dataset was published on PowerBI.com?

If you go to the 'Dataset' column on the website, you can see when the last data was pushed through.

You can also, for any Dashboard tile, enable a last-refresh stamp.  Just hover over a Dashboard tile, and click the three dots in the top right corner, a menu opens that has that option.

Sure, thats when the data is refreshed but what about when the Dataset was published and possibally the user who published it?

Maybe you can try to use audit log.

Using auditing within your organization
