Can we customize pbi service landing page? eg, It says Hello Abc, welcome, etc.

To my knowledge , It is by design. We cannot change the UI page after login according to your requirements.

You can submit an idea on the Power BI Idea forum  and wait for users who share your needs to vote for you to help you implement the feature as soon as possible.

It is not possible to customize the Home Page. You can add favorites but not much more at the moment.
