Can't use SQL database as data source and share with others on power BI service

Has anyone used SQL database as data source in the report and share with other members on power BI service?
I have managed to connect SQL database and publish on power BI service, but when I shared with other members, they will see "This visual contains restricted data." as the screenshot. I am wondering if anyone is familiar with this situation and how to solve it? I have set up power BI service permission, but it's still not working. Thank you all in advanced.

Hi @Anonymous ,

In your scnerio, this means that the dataset has been applied with RLS, you could check if you have given the users permission to view your report or the rules you have set in the desktop:
