Can't share Dashboard - Pro User

Hi All

I have the Power BI Premium E5 license. I share dashboards all the time and all of a sudden yesterday, I can't share them. The button is still there on the top right but when I click it, it acts like it's working but I don't get any pop up anymore asking who to share it with. I've tried multiple different workspaces including my own and different computers from servers to my laptop which has always worked.  I've also tried IE, Chrome and Edge.

I actually got an error message this morning.  Not sure if this helps

 

Does anyone have any idea of what else I can try?

Hi @Cathryn,

Can other Pro users inside your organization share dashboard successfully? Are any other Pro features still available to you?

I could not reproduce this problem on my side. You may need to submit a support ticket for further analysis about your account.
