Can't see items shared with me

Hello,

Out business partners have shared an App and some reprots with us.

However, I am unable to see the items on our Home page in the "Shared with me" tab.

If we use URLs with a "ctid" parameter provided by our partner we can see the items they've shared, but we can't see OUR items.

1. What is "CTID" ?

2. Is this behavior what is expected? (I'm expecting to see shared content on my own "Shared with Me" tab).

Any insights are appreciated.

Thank you,

-tomas

Hi there

You can only see items shared with you within your own tenant.

the CID stands for Customer (Tenant) ID which is unique to every Power BI tenant.

When you click on a link from another organization you are actually logging into and viewing the Apps in their Power BI Tenant.
