Hello,
I have a BI dataflow which is using a view from a sql database. We migrated the database, so I've changed in the dataflow the source from the old server with the new one.
The problem is that the old server still appears in the lineage, together with the new server. And also now I have 2 gateways instead of one: one pointing to the old server and the other to the new one.
Didn't find a way to remove the old connection nor the gateway.
The dataflow must be connected only to the new server, not to both. Is there any possibilty to fix this and delete the old one?
Thank you,
Mihai
Solved! Go to Solution.
Remove the user from Gateway data source (Old) user list, so user will not have access to use the data source anymore and it will also fix this issue.

Hi,
I think you can go to the original data source's data source setting->Users to remove the user account of the data flow owner to make the dataflow must be connected only to the new server instead of the old one.
