Can't publish dashboard for premium users!?

Hello, I work for an organization that provides everyone (1000+) with premium service and a few of us have Pro service.

 

We were told that if we have Pro, we can publish to anyone with Premium service. Now that we have Pro and are publishing, only other Pro users can access our reports/dashboards. What settings can I go through to ensure everyone in the organization can view our reports and dashboards?

Hi @PBInonpro , You need to assign the Workspace to Premium Capacity. You should have at least Contributor permission on the Premium Capacity to assign a workspace. Your Workspace with have a little diamond icon next to the name if it is on Premium.

Hi @PBInonpro ,

 

Sharing is based on the workspace or method of preference.  If you are trying to share with everybody then the easiest way is to share to "everybody in the organization" - whether in the App or the Workspace..  AND, you will need to make sure that workspace and the app are Premium and not just PRO workspaces.

Ok, so our organization has premium for everyone but myself as a Pro user will need to submit the Dashboard to a premium workspace? or do I automatically have access to a premium workspace?

Hey @PBInonpro ,

 

Yo uwill need to submit the dashboard to a Premium workspace.  Whether you are a PRO or Premium user you will have to be given permission to the Workspace in question so that you can actually upload the file to that workspace.
