Hi,
A few months back i set up a reporting model for a customer using PowerPivot and Power Bi. The PowerPivot model still works fine, however, my customer has just informed me that they can no longer log in to their Power Bi account??!
I've tried to log on, and i am told that either the user ID or the password is wrong - however, neither have been changed - and when i try resetting the password i am told that the user ID does not exist?
Have any of you experienced anything like this before?
Btw. the same thing happens when i try to log in to the gateway - however, here i am given the following error message:
"Authentication_canceled: User canceled authentication".
