Hi, I am having the following issue:
The thing is, that it has started to occur since I have created a Power BI Deployment Pipeline:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/deployment-pipelines-overview
I am no longer able to download any report from the workspaces created by the pipeline. This applies also to new reports, created locally with Power BI Desktop, and then published to my dev workspace.

Hi, @PBIAlpaca
You may need to check the limitations of downloading a PBIX file.

@PBIAlpaca Did you implement incremental refresh? I believe that deactives downloading of PBIX files. You could check the Issues forum here:
https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues
And if it is not there, then you could post it.
If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
Hi,
Thank you for your answer! I do have one incremental refresh report. However, the download functionality doesn't work for other reports either.
