Can't export report to power point.

Dear all,

I am experiencing long run time when I am trying to export to power point.

Below is the error detail, please kindly advise, thank you!😀

Hi @tomtang ,

Maybe you can refer the following checklists:

1. Please check whether you have access to export to PowerPoint or PDF in Admin Portal
2. Please try to create a new report in Power BI desktop using the sample data and publish it to Power BI service, and try to export to PowerPoint or PDF
3. Please try to republish your .pbix file to Power BI service and Export to Power Point or PDF
4. Please try to Click your report->Edit Report->Save your report, then Export to Power Point or PDF
