I want to share my Power BI report with the organization I work for without them having to log into Power BI.
My solution so far has been to use "Publish to the web (public)" and integrate it into my organization's Sharepoint. It all worked fine, except that you cannot export data from the visualizations. As I have read, exporting data when you have selected the "publish to web" function is impossible.
Are there any alternative methods to share your report with your organization without them having to log in and at the same time, be able to export data from the visualizations in the report?

Hi @Anonymous ,
As far as I know, If you don't want to log in Power BI and want to view the report, the only way is to use "Publish to web". With the Power BI "Publish to web" option, you can easily embed interactive Power BI content in blog posts, websites, emails, or social media. When you use Publish to web, anyone on the Internet can view your published report or visual. However, as what you said, there is no "exporting data" option after you publish the report to web.
If you do have permissions to the data, you can see, and export the data that Power BI uses to create a visualization. It requires you to log in first.
