Can't edit workspace and add member

Since a few days (last update powerbi service January 17). It is not possible to edit workspace and add member to a group.

Creating a new workspace I can't find any account of my organization.

My collegues can't fine any new workspace I made till on O365 they are still member.

It is a knew bug?

Anyone with this problem? Any workaround?

Now it's working!

It was just e temporary bug.
