I've noticed an issue recently in the service where if I have e.g. 5 hierarchy levels in a matrix, I can't drill past the 3rd level.
I can drill down all the way just fine in Desktop. I've tried clearing my cache. I've tried different internet browsers.
It works fine for other people.
Any suggestions?

Thanks for reply @v-joesh-msft . I have the latest version and tried the refresh in Desktop and Service, but this didn't work unfortunately.
I have actually just tried clicking the 'Reset to Default' button and that worked - hooray.

Try to refresh the data in the service or what version of your desktop is it? Upgrade to the latest version then republish to the service to see if it works.
