Can't connect to Xero

I'm getting the following error when trying to connect to Xero - I've clicked "get it now" and entered the organisation nickname - then when I click next I get the error below, does anyone know how I can fix this?

Hi @kerrya

I test with your names, but it shows no error.

From this article, it is said that you cannot connect to the same organisation multiple times, as it will affect the scheduled refresh.

Please check which situation you meet.

You may need clear the web browser cash, then reopen the Power BI.

Best Regards

Maggie

Hi @kerrya

Please check article "how to connect to Xero", which step do you do then it shows an error?

Do you enter a nickname like stpe4, then clcik on "next", then the error occurs?

If so, which nickname do you enter?

Hi Maggie,

Yes it’s after I put in the nickname then hit next. I tried Black Line Australia Pty Ltd, Black Line Australia and BLR as nicknames, getting the same error each time.
