Can't connect to OneDrive files

Dear reader,

I go to app.powerbi.com. I log in with the licensed user account from my business. All files are saved in the OneDrive from this user.

I go to my workspace > New > Dataset > Get Files > OneDrive - business > here I connect to the CSV and click on import data. Then I get the following message:

Something went wrong

Error configuring the selected file

I tried to recreate the file, put it on other places, but nothing seems to work. I have connected other files yesterday and everything worked fine. Can someone help me? Is there something I can do?

Looking forward to hear from you.

Kind regards,

Roggeveenstraat

Hi, @Roggeveenstraat

Have you tried connecting other files? Is it all unconnected or just this one?

Here is a similar case. You can reference it.

Solved: Failed to configure selected file - Microsoft Power BI Community

And I think there may be some problems with the data in your file, please check it.

Hello Janey,

Thanks for providing the solution. I had already fixed the issue because I had the feeling that the Hyperlinks (mailadresses) was causing the issue. The problem is solved.

Kind regards,

Roggeveenstraat
