Can't connect storage account to Power Bi Az firewall settings?

and I'm having the same problem right now. Is the solution still valid? The page says it will be outdated 2020.

Do I really have to add all of those IPs?

The solution is still valid, If there are changes, Microsoft will notify you as soon as possible, please pay attention to the official blog.
