I've sent in a ticket but we weren't able to resolve the issue. I have an ODBC conneciton already setup for my gateway and want to add a second. However when I do so I get an error. I am certain that my info entered is correct. Also I'm able to access the datasource via excel just as a test. I'm hoping someone might know a solution or at least get me close to a resolution.
Thank you

Hi @GunnerJ
You can refer to another solved thread "schedule refresh using ODBC (Firebird driver) and Data Gateway" .
Firstly, please create System DSN instead of User DSN in ODBC administrator to points to your data source.
Secondly, follow the guide in this similar thread to add your ODBC data source within the on-premises gateway, then check if you can refresh your dataset.
Or please check your ODBC configuration carefully.
