Can't access reports and dashboards in Power BI service

Hello,

When I log into my Power BI service, the "recently viewed" page is automatically displayed.

I see all my reports, dashboards, datasets, etc.

However, those elements that were previously stored in "My work area" before upgrading to Power BI Pro are not acessible!

I get the following error message:

How can I recover my old reports and dashboards?

Based on my experience, upgrading a account to Pro won't remove anything, the previous content should be kept. And I don't think there is a way to recover removed reports and dashboards. So I would suggest you create a support ticket on Power BI Support page for better assistance on this issue.
