Can someone please reset or undelete my account?

My account has been altered at Microsoft, and I cannot change the password, or create a new account. According to the message I get, the problem is on Microsoft's end. My username is jesse.glidden@monacorisk.com.  Above is a screenshot of the message. Please help, someone.
