Can refresh data in Power BI service in free version

Hi, I'm using free version of Power BI and have a problem with refreshing data in PBI service. I have searched and followed some instructions but still not work out.

- So 1st thing I want to know, is PBI service free version available for refreshing data?

- If yes, could someone help me with this. I have installed On-premises data gateway and connect dataset in PBI with my files in my computer (xlsx and accdb files):

But I can't select Gateway (Vietanh) and Apply.

I have datasets and original PBI file updated in my computer but I can't refresh data & report in PBI service.

Thanks

Hi @anhngv

You will need to install the access drivers on your gateway server

@GilbertQ Sorry for my silly question since I'm new to this. I have mapped data sources to the files and be able to select Gateway and apply. But I still cannot refresh my dataset, can you help check:

hi @GilbertQ thanks for your hint. I have installed MS Access Database Engine 2016 and it works. And I find that there is a problem with my Access.

I'm using Access 2010 x64 for the database. Whenever I open my Access file, the system process something that makes this error occurs again. Then I have to run MS Access Database Engine again Do you accidentally know to fix this? Otherwise, It's OK and thank you.

Hi @anhngv

I am not sure why that is happening with Access.

Hi @anhngv

have you clicked on the drop down and mapped the data sources to the files?

Once that is done you should then be able to refresh your data.
