Can only publish in Personal workspace

Hi all,

A person in our organisation was able to publish from the desktop to the workspaces he belonged to but from a few weeks the only option to publish to is his personal workspace.

Any suggestion about how to be able to share in the workspaces he belongs to?

observation: he still belongs to the workspaces. 

Any help is appreciated.

HI @MarcioL ,

I'd like to suggest you check his license and workspace permissions to confirm if he has enough permission and correspond license. (workspace is pro feature)

Pro license nor expired and he has not restrictions on the workspaces.

Perhaps his Pro license expired?? You could check the Issues forum here:

https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

And if it is not there, then you could post it.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
