There is one possible reason why you can't do that, and it is a global settings in the Admin Portal.

Can you check if this is disabled? You will need Power BI admin role assigned to your AD account to do this. If you dont, reach out to your admin.

Hi Justyna,
Did you publish the report?
And can you try with a different report? and different workspace?

Hi Tutu_in_YYC,

I have this issue in all reports I have published to Service.

I have few workspaces per department where I publish the reports.

All of them has been designed in PowerBI desktop and then published to PowerBI Serivce into specific workspace.

I am an Owner of dataset.

So I have situations where specific report needs to be published in few workspaces so that other people can also access.

To do not duplicate datasets and in case of changes to the database or report I would like to have just one dataset and report published in few workspaces.

But that option Save a copy is greyed out for me and I can not use it. I do not know why.

Regards,

Justyna
