Can i remove "Filter" on Dashboard/Report page

Hi, I have the opposite problem to a previous thread where the person wanted to have the Filter that is on the right hand side of the Reports view be availabile in the Dashboard. I am looking for a way of hiding that Filter option/menu. I have filters/slicers on the page itself but i have page level filters set to restrict regional revenue views but the regions can just untick the filter in their report view and see the other regions/data - not what we want. Is there a way to turn off that option in their display?. I need the page level filters as i have multiple tabs in one desktop model taking different cuts of revenue for example by region, market, etc on different tabs. Thank you in advance.

@DTSpowerbi Instead of going unconventional way of hiding filters (which I am not sure can be hidden, unless you go publish to web which is not you want), you should consider using Row Level Security which will let your users see data within reports only for their region. Check out this blog on how to implement RLS in power bi.
