I'm facing problem to share BI Report to external users (2, 3 emails from our customer company). I granted them direct access by managing permission. The report itself has no role level of security and source is simply uploaded excels sheets. Other colleagues in my organization I shared can view the report with no problem but the external users relect the they are not able to view the report and below message pop up. (Confirmed he has the license, since he mentioned there are 55 days remaining etc...)
Basically translate in English:
"The data for this visualization was not fund.
The data for this visualization could not be accessed. Please try again.
Please try again later, or get in contact with the Support. Please advise the following details, when you contact the Support."
Question:
Is my way of sharing not correct? Do I have to invite them as a guest on Azure B2B (saw some youtube video introducing to do so when sharing with external users)? Or it is actually something off on customers (external users) side instead of my side? Please help! Thank!!!
